Kerry Garza Founder & President
Kerry Garza founded Touchstone Communities in 2000 with a vision to create attractive, sustainable communities that enhance family life through diverse amenities and a strong sense of neighborhood. With more than 40 years of experience in land development and the creation and construction of over 35,000 homes and several million square feet of commercial buildings, Kerry excels in navigating complex regulatory processes, addressing challenges, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life.
Kerry has created and overseen many projects with budgets exceeding $250 million, which have included major infrastructure elements such as highways, sewer treatment plants, pump stations, fire stations, and environmental mitigation and preservation.
